How do I book this service?

How much does an airport transfer cost?
AED 100 for a one-way trip, or AED 150 for a round trip covering both your drop-off and return pickup. That covers journeys of up to 35 km, which reaches DXB from most of Dubai; longer runs (DWC from the north of the city, for instance) are quoted before you book. Agreed upfront either way, with no surge pricing.
What happens to my car while I'm traveling?
It goes back to your home, not a company lot or the airport itself. Your driver drives it there after drop-off and brings it back in time for your return flight.
Which airports and terminals do you cover?
All Dubai International Airport (DXB) terminals and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), plus intercity runs to Abu Dhabi (AUH), Sharjah (SHJ), and Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) airports. Message us for a quote on the out-of-Dubai airports, as those are priced separately.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
Message us the updated time on WhatsApp as soon as you know. We'll adjust your driver's pickup accordingly.
Can I book a one-way transfer only?
Yes. Book just the drop-off or just the return pickup at AED 100 each, or both together at the AED 150 round-trip rate. Both cover journeys up to 35 km.
Are the drivers background-checked?
Yes, all drivers undergo thorough background checks, including criminal record screening.
Can I track the driver's location?
Yes, your driver shares their live location over WhatsApp, so you can see when your car is picked up and dropped off.
What happens if the driver is unavailable?
We will promptly assign a backup driver to ensure uninterrupted service.
Who bears the responsibility of accidents or traffic fines?
If an accident happens on the way to or from the airport through our driver's fault and the police issue a red paper, Comfort Drive takes responsibility and arranges the repairs. Any traffic fine from driver error on the transfer is covered by us, not you.
Are there extra charges for waiting times or delays?
Your driver waits 15 minutes at no charge. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the AED 40 hourly rate, pro-rata. We will always flag it rather than surprise you with it.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Rescheduling is free, and cancelling is free up to 30 minutes before your pickup time. Just message us on WhatsApp. Inside that final 30 minutes a AED 50 cancellation fee applies, because a driver has usually already set off.
Is Comfort Drive a licensed company?
Yes. Comfort Drive has been registered and licensed with the Dubai Economic Department since 2016, running airport transfers across Dubai's terminals ever since.
