Our garage pickup and drop-off service in Dubai means a licensed Comfort Drive driver collects your car from home or work, delivers it to the garage or service center, and brings it back once the job’s done, from AED 80 one-way or AED 150 round trip.
Why Book a Garage Pickup Instead of Driving It Yourself
A service-center visit usually means two separate trips: one to drop the car off, another to collect it, with a wait or a lift arranged in between. Booking a driver replaces both with a single WhatsApp message: you keep your day, and your car still gets there and back. If you also need the car for the RTA renewal inspection rather than a garage, our RTA inspection and testing service covers that trip the same way.
We cover any garage or service center in Dubai: franchise dealerships, independent workshops, tyre and battery shops, or insurance-approved repair centers after an accident. If the job runs longer than expected, tell us the new collection date and we’ll schedule the return trip for then, at no extra cost beyond the round-trip rate you already agreed. How does the collection actually work?
You tell us the garage and your pickup address on WhatsApp. A driver collects your car from home or work, drives it to the service center, and hands it over. Once the job's done, we bring it back the same way.
Do you wait at the garage, or come back later for it?
That depends on the job. For a quick service we can wait; for a longer repair, we drop the car off and return separately once the garage confirms it's ready, so you're not paying for hours of waiting time.
What if the garage keeps the car overnight?
No problem. Tell us the expected collection date and we'll schedule the return trip for then. You only pay the round-trip rate once, regardless of how long the car is at the garage.
Who's liable for the car while it's in transit?
Our driver is responsible for your car for both legs of the trip. If an accident is our driver's fault and the police issue a red paper, Comfort Drive covers the repair. Traffic fines caused by our driver are also on us.
Which garages and areas do you cover?
Any garage or service center within Dubai: franchise dealerships, independent workshops, or tyre and battery shops. Just share the location on WhatsApp when you book.
How much does garage pickup and drop-off cost?

Can I track the driver's location?
