Yes. We have registered and licensed since early 2016 with Dubai Economic Depertment.

We usually require your desired pick up time, location and drop off location to confirm your booking. Once confirmed our driver will reach your location and call you usually 5-10 before the booked time.

Yes. We usually recommend you to book your driver at least an hour before your desired time. Sometimes we are also able to provide a driver in less than 30 minutes on a less busy day.

Maybe. If the requested driver is not on another booking and is easily available then we will definitely assign the same driver.

Our rate from Saturday-Wednesday is 80 dhs and Thursday-Friday is 100 dhs for most locations within Dubai.

Our rates are higher for bookings from Norther side of Dubai – Mirdif, Rashidiya, Al Warqa because most of our bookings are from Marina side and these locations are on the opposite side. Dubai Parks, Al Ghantoot, Al Ghadeer, Jebel Ali, Dubai Sevens Stadium and any trip above 35 kms or outside city limits are also charged differently.

We usually cover almost all areas which are under city limits.

Changes within less than 1 hour of booked are chargeable.

Yes but a charge of 30 dhs will be levied for each pick up/drop off.

Yes. If you cancel a booking within less than 1 hr prior to the booked time then you are liable to pay the full booking amount. Cancellations that are made 1 hrs prior to booking time are not chargeable.

If the accident is due to our driver’s fault and the police issues a red paper then the company will assume responsibility and get it fixed at its workshop. Traffic fines if due to driver’s mistake will be borne by the company.

While bookings can usually be made any time of the day or night our drivers will be available only between 4PM to 2AM.

Yes all of our drivers hold a valid driving license and Emirates ID and usually have more than 5 years driving experience on an average.
