1. About Our Service

Comfort Drive provides professional driver services. Our drivers operate the customer’s vehicle. We do not provide rental vehicles unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Comfort Drive.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings due to driver availability, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Hold valid ownership or authorization to use the vehicle.
  • Ensure the vehicle is legally registered and insured.
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination details.
  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe to operate.
  • Inform us of any special requirements before the booking.

Comfort Drive reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe.

4. Service Hours and Waiting Time

Service time begins at the scheduled booking start time or when the driver arrives, whichever is applicable under the booking agreement.

Waiting time may be charged when delays are caused by the customer.

Additional hours beyond the agreed booking duration will be charged according to the applicable rates.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is cancelled after a driver has been assigned or dispatched.

No-show bookings may be charged in full or in part depending on the circumstances and driver deployment.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Payments

Payment must be made using the approved payment methods provided by Comfort Drive.

For certain bookings, advance payment or deposits may be required.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future services.

7. Vehicle Insurance

The customer’s vehicle remains covered under the customer’s own insurance policy.

Comfort Drive drivers operate the vehicle with reasonable care and professional standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their insurance policy permits operation by third-party drivers.

8. Accidents and Incidents

In the event of an accident, breakdown, or unforeseen incident, Comfort Drive will provide reasonable assistance and cooperate with authorities and insurers.

Liability will be determined according to applicable laws, insurance coverage, and investigation findings.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat drivers with respect and professionalism.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if a customer engages in abusive, threatening, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

Comfort Drive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, government actions, accidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Comfort Drive is not liable for items lost, damaged, or left inside a vehicle.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Comfort Drive and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

Comfort Drive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated terms will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
