Comfort Drive charges AED 40 per hour with a three-hour minimum, agreed on WhatsApp before your driver is confirmed. That rate covers the driver’s time for the whole booking, including the hours he spends parked and waiting while you’re in a meeting, at a clinic, or inside a shop. You will be charged based on your time. There is no separate waiting charge and no per-kilometre fee.
Because the driver takes the wheel of your own car, there is no rental, no security deposit, and no mileage cap. The running costs of your car stay yours: fuel, Salik tolls, and any paid parking on the day. Nothing else is added after the booking ends.

Does the driver wait between my stops, or do I pay again?
The driver stays with your car and waits between stops. That waiting time is already inside your hourly rate. You don't pay a new fare each time you get back in, which is the main reason people book hourly instead of taking a taxi to every stop.
Can I book the same driver every week?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp which day and time you want and we'll assign the same driver for your recurring booking wherever his schedule allows. If you need a driver most days of the week, a monthly contract works out cheaper than paying hourly.
Do you provide the car, or do you drive mine?
